Our team has a group of specialized industry professionals in Underwriting, Broking, Reinsurance, claims management to Loss Adjusting. They are highly experienced executives with a combined industry experience spanning over ninety (90) years.
Mr. Anthony Toua
Operations Manager
Our Operations Manager, Mr. Toua has been in the Insurance Industry for the last 17 years. Prior to joining Persans Risk Services &Loss Consultants Ltd in February 2024, he worked with one of the biggest international Insurance company, QBE Insurance Group for 15 years in various Underwriting roles and Senior Leadership roles. His last Leadership role with QBE Insurance Group was Underwriting Relationship Manager managing various Papua New Guinea brokers. He joined Capital Insurance Group January2022 as the Underwriting Manager, before taking over the role of Head of Underwriting for both general and life insurance.
Mr. Benson P. Kiangali
Executive Director,
Our executive director, Mr. Kiangali has over 27 years’ experience in Insurance claims management and Loss adjusting. He has an accounting background with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of PNG and a MBA from University of New England, Australia. He has handled small to exceptionally large complex claims for Insurance companies and now transferring that wealth of knowledge and experience to exclusively act for policy holders in managing their claims.
Ms. Patricia Roa
Accounts & Administrator Manager
Our Accounting and Administration Manager, Ms. Roa has over 8 years in the accounting industry, specializing in accounts and audit. Patricia started her career with Smiths Chartered Accountants in 2011. She held roles in accounting industry as Junior accounts officer, Senior accounts officer, Assistant Accounts officer and finally an Auditor in the same industry.
